One of the reasons I think that horses kick ass is because horses are some of the most impressive athletes on the planet. They are large, muscular animals, and are built for sports. They run fast, jump high, and have incredible endurance. It may be common sense that horses are athletic, but most people don’t realize how powerful they truly are, especially when compared with top-performing human athletes.
Hey gang. I'm Zack Pennington, CEO of US Chia. I have to admit that, before starting this company, I hadn’t been exposed to the horse industry. I grew up in apartments in the suburbs of Cincinnati, and with the exception of a few visits to Turfway Park, horses weren't on my radar.
US Chia is excited to introduce two new additional members of the team. Claire Spalding and Megan Devine have been brought on to assist with marketing and product development. Both are current students of the University of Louisville in the

, and will be earning their degrees this upcoming May.
