Chia Seed Pesto

Pesto  1 cup organic fresh basil leaves, 1/3 cup raw walnuts, 1/4 cup organic light feta cheese, 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (or more depending on how smooth you want it), 2 tbsp raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds), 1 tsp organic chia seeds, A dash of sea salt and paprika to taste

Pesto is simply delicious, and is a great alternative for tomato-based pasta sauces. Spice up your next Italian meal or appetizer with this easy-to-make chia pesto.
